📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide professional aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform pre and post-treatment skin assessments to monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and incorporate new methods into your practice.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on aesthetic treatments.
• Certification in aesthetic treatments, such as facials, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with beauty software and tools, such as booking systems and customer management software.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
