📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, including income, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the branch team, providing training and development opportunities.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align branch activities with company goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and compliance targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
