📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing performance reviews using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, acting as a mediator and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring our practices are compliant.
• Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
