📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contract documentation and maintain records.
• Coordinate with project teams to address contract-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the Contract Manager in managing the contract lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and payment schedules.
• Ensure timely submission of contract-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with construction contract management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
