📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain digital printing machines, including but not limited to HP Indigo and Kodak Prinergy, to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
• Set up and configure printing jobs according to specific client requirements and standards.
• Monitor and adjust print parameters to maintain consistent quality and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing machines, working closely with the maintenance team.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance printing processes and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Printing Machine Operator in a similar role.
• Proven experience with digital printing machines, particularly HP Indigo and Kodak Prinergy.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing processes, including prepress, printing, and postpress.
• Certification in digital printing technology or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for digital printing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work on-site as needed.
