📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial data entry and maintenance using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Help with bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Monitor grant budgets and prepare periodic financial reports for project sponsors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• Participate in financial meetings and provide input on financial matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related program, or have recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for finance and a desire to build a career in the field.
