📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate freight operations, including cargo booking, tracking, and delivery.
• Ensure all documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and streamline logistics processes.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, including shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouses, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role, preferably in an international environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including to international locations.
