Hotel Vera Dental Clinic is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pontianak. We are a growing dental clinic that offers a wide range of dental services and we are committed to providing our patients with the best possible experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our digital platforms.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. If you are excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position based in Pontianak, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 17.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for our digital platforms, including our website and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that our designs meet the needs and expectations of our users.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across our digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Provide design support and guidance to other members of the team as needed.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by creating designs that enhance the user experience and drive engagement and loyalty.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills and abilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
