📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and enroll students from Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region.,Build and maintain relationships with potential students, schools, and educational institutions.,Coordinate with the admissions and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment process.,Create and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our undergraduate programs.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats for our programs.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.,Collaborate with the university's international office to ensure compliance with visa and immigration requirements for international students.,Represent the university at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and the unique challenges and opportunities faced by international students.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with a diverse audience.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.,Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
