In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to improve financial performance.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide reports to senior management.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Train and mentor junior accountants in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
