Smart Star Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of store performance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized according to company standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive team environment.,Participate in store promotions and special events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or store operation environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
