PT Karya Unggul is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vessel, ensuring the safety of our crew and passengers, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Plan and execute voyages, including route optimization and fuel management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with maritime laws.,Manage and supervise the crew, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.,Communicate with port authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on the vessel's performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience with remote work and communication tools is a plus.
