As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate and manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and report on team performance, sales, and other key metrics.,Train and develop new employees to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the retail or service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with team building and conflict resolution.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,High school diploma or equivalent required.
