As a Lead Waitress, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of waitstaff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and motivate a team of waitstaff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Train and develop new waitstaff to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service and performance.,Manage the cash register and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a focus on providing a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's service standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of waitstaff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and cash register management is a plus.
