Crystal New Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Section Head to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a section of our organization, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving organizational performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section of the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.,Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at internal and external events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).
