📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy to ensure that our products are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality.,Collaborate with other teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure that all aspects of the product lifecycle are covered.,Identify and resolve quality issues, working closely with developers to ensure that they are fixed in a timely and effective manner.,Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our QA processes are continuously improving.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in QA, and share this knowledge with the team.,Participate in code reviews and other technical discussions to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.,Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the product meets the requirements and expectations of our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a proven track record of success in this field.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, including test planning, test design, test execution, and test reporting.,Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
