📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide training and support to the distribution team to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.
