PT Maritim Cakrawala is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Staff to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cashiering operations and ensuring smooth transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and supervise junior cashier staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.,Participate in inventory and stock management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
