📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.,Preparing and submitting financial reports on a regular basis.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Monitoring cash flow and inventory levels to prevent shortages.,Training and developing the cashiering team to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or financial management role.,Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
