In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.,Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
