📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing and submitting purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of procurement processes and principles.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
