Code Byte Nusantara is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support our employees' professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, learning technologies, and a deep understanding of the local context and culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs and materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually, to ensure maximum engagement and understanding.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply them to our programs.,Collaborate with other departments to identify learning needs and opportunities, and work with them to develop solutions.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them succeed in their roles and achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,3-5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and training delivery.,Strong understanding of learning theories, principles, and best practices.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being a plus.,Knowledge of the local context and culture in Kupang is a plus.
