Crystal City Group is looking for a dedicated Cashier Staff to join our team. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Handle cash and card payments securely,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Promote sales and upsell products as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
