📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in HSE management systems, such as OHAS 18001 or ISO 45001, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
