📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in administrative tasks and projects.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
