Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure that the company meets its financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that the company's vision, mission, and values are communicated and upheld throughout the organization.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and values.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the industry.
