📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and promptly.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
