Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work with product development team to gather information and translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to our sales and customer service teams,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
