Operations Manager

One Up Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations, managing resources effectively, and driving efficiency and productivity.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 13.000.000 – Rp 18.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
• Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage and maintain inventory levels
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using operational software and tools
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Valid driver's license
