📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the training and development requirements of the workforce.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to enhance their performance and career growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
