📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
