📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Knowledge of sales software and tools.,Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
