📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes using Aspen HYSYS and AutoCAD
• Conduct process simulations and analyze data using MATLAB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
• Participate in process validation and documentation activities
• Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices
• Assist in the development and maintenance of process safety systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects
• Provide technical support to the engineering team and other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Basic knowledge of process engineering principles and tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required
