Assist the Captain in managing team activities and ensuring smooth operations.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of team strategies.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Handle team communications and ensure clear information flow.,Assist in the organization of team events and activities.,Support the Captain in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
